....and this is Rock-n-Roll! |
Remember when Rock-n-Roll was Rock-n-Roll? Today's
world of music gives way to many trends. Rock music in particular has moved into the
"alternative" age. While many participants in the fast-paced genre are rocking,
few are rocking and rolling. Pure, traditional, blues-base, hard Rock-n-Roll, though
seemingly wounded at times, will surely never die. As faithful as its listeners,
Rock-n-Roll is here to stay.
THE BRASS is a band that holds such faith in Rock-n-Roll. As the name suggests, the
Atlanta-based foursome, with their vast collective experience and brazen self-assuredness,
are determined to lead a resurgence of Rock-n-Roll. Sworn to play loud and proud, THE
BRASS, with their powerful songwriting abilities and sharp-edged playing style, are
destined to become true Rock-n-Roll stalwarts. The provided sound bytes below from the
full length CD* will only prove this to anyone who turns it up.
"Dance with the one who brought you to the party."
*Mastered by Rodney Mills (Producer of: Lynyrd Skynyrd, 38 Special, Journey, Gregg Allman,
Doobie Brothers, etc.)
