If it requires creativity, Infinite Creation can get it done. Please call to inquire about any art or graphic related question or need. When possible we always prefer to give you a low flat price quote rather than an hourly estimate when possible. And remember we do web pages, too!

TURNAROUND:

Normal turnaround is 2 to 5 working days AFTER we receive all needed materials and instructions. If you need a particular job finished closer to 2 days please let us know, but also please let us know when there is "no rush". We appreciate the cooperation of our customers in helping us operate smoothly. As is common in the printing industry, our customers give us jobs they needed "yesterday". We gladly give these jobs priority, but when several customers need jobs "yesterday", time becomes limited. In those situations we are forced to use the following markups on guaranteed RUSH jobs. These charges may apply to "last minute" changes as well if the changes must be done in the time specified.:

RUSH within 48 hrs add 20% to total job

HOT RUSH within 24 hrs add 40% to total job

SUPER HOT RUSH within 12 hrs add 60% to total job

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR JOB MATERIALS AND INSTRUCTIONS TO US:
We prefer instructions to be written, drawn or printed (as opposed to verbal). For original art we are very flexible and can accept virtually any media or file type. To submit information and originals to us, you may send them by e-mail, FTP, mail, carrier, fax, or simply pickup or drop off at our drop box. (Call for directions to our office if you are local.) It is a good idea to call to let us know if you are sending via mail, e-mail, or FTP so we will be awaiting your job. In this way we can try to work it into our schedule in advance. Also, your text, images and instructions may be sent to us on disc. Accepted formats for are 100Mb Zip disk or CD. Accepted applications for are Illustrator, Pagemaker, InDesign, Photoshop, Freehand, & Word. You may submit copy that you want placed into your document in Microsoft Word, .rtf, or .txt formats. Microsoft Word documents cannot be used for color separation.

Delivery Costs:

Delivery by Mail/ UPS/ Fedex: actual cost of postage for shipping of any package to your location

Upload/Download to/from Web site/BBS: $3.00 per connection and $1.50 per file

Delivery via Email with Attached files: $3.00 per connection and $1.50 per file

We can prepare finished jobs for your delivery on CD, 100Mb Zip Disks, email, FTP download, Camera Ready Prints and Film.
